HOUSE RULES

Grand Slam Guesthouse

Dear Guests,

We would like all our guests to enjoy a peaceful, safe, and pleasant stay, therefore we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below.

By using the accommodation, guests accept the rules of these house regulations.

Arrival / Departure

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM

Earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement.

Upon departure, please ensure:

  • the room key is returned,
  • the room is locked,
  • all electrical devices and lights are switched off.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are in effect daily between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM throughout the guesthouse.

During this period, please avoid:

  • loud conversations,
  • listening to music loudly,
  • loud television use,
  • shouting,
  • or any activity that may disturb other guests.

Loud gatherings, parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

In the event of repeated disturbance of other guests, the accommodation provider reserves the right to request the guest to leave the property immediately.

Smoking and Fire Safety

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all indoor areas of the guesthouse, including:

  • smoking,
  • use of electronic cigarettes,
  • use of candles, incense, or open flames,
  • any form of open fire.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

The following are also prohibited in guest rooms:

  • hot plates,
  • portable cookers,
  • electric heaters,
  • or any unauthorized heat-generating devices.

Intentional damage to fire alarms or fire safety equipment, or their unnecessary activation, is considered a serious violation.

Use of Rooms

We kindly ask our guests to:

  • use all furnishings properly,
  • take care of furniture and textiles,
  • not move room furniture,
  • use towels and bed linens only inside the rooms.

Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or equipment.

Any intentional or negligent damage will be charged in full to the guest.

Consumption from the minibar may be charged separately.

If a room is returned in an excessively dirty or improper condition, the accommodation may charge an additional cleaning fee.

Prohibited Activities

Any activity that is:

  • illegal,
  • against public morals,
  • disturbing to other guests,
  • or in violation of laws and regulations

is strictly prohibited on the property.

This especially includes:

  • possession or use of illegal drugs,
  • prostitution-related activities,
  • unauthorized commercial photography or videography,
  • commercial or improper use of the accommodation.

In case of suspected illegal activity, the accommodation provider will cooperate with the authorities.

Visitors

Only registered guests may stay in the rooms.

Outside visitors are only permitted with prior approval from the accommodation provider.

Room keys, entry codes, or access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Minor Guests

Guests under the age of 18 may only stay at the accommodation under the supervision of a parent or official guardian.

Security

Please:

  • always lock your room when leaving,
  • store valuables in the in-room safe,
  • do not share keys or access codes with unauthorized persons.

The cost of replacing lost keys, remote controls, or access devices will be charged to the guest.

The accommodation provider accepts responsibility for personal belongings only to the extent required by law.

Camera Surveillance System

For the safety of guests and property, CCTV surveillance may operate in common areas.

Parking

Parking is at guests' own risk.

The accommodation provider accepts no responsibility for vehicles or valuables left in the parking area.

Please use designated parking spaces only.

Charging electric vehicles from the accommodation's electrical network is prohibited.

Use of Sports and Community Areas

Sports, leisure areas, and the garden are used at guests' own risk.

The accommodation provider is not liable for accidents occurring on the property unless caused by gross negligence of the accommodation provider.

Pets

Pets are only allowed upon prior arrangement and approval.

Cleanliness and Environment

We kindly ask our guests to:

  • maintain cleanliness,
  • dispose of waste in designated bins,
  • protect the garden, plants, and common areas.

Use of drones on the property is only permitted with special authorization.

Internet and Technical Services

Free Wi-Fi may only be used for lawful purposes.

The accommodation provider is not responsible for technical failures beyond its control, including internet, electricity, or utility outages.

Lost and Found

Items left behind will be stored for a limited period.

The cost of returning lost items is the responsibility of the guest.

Extraordinary Situations and Reserved Rights

In the event of any technical issue, malfunction, or irregularity, please notify the accommodation provider immediately.

In the case of serious or repeated violation of the house rules, the accommodation provider reserves the right to terminate the accommodation service immediately without refund.

The accommodation provider also reserves the right:

  • to refuse bookings in justified cases,
  • and to modify the house rules.
