2. Scope of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all accommodation services provided by Grand Slam Panzió.

By completing a reservation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reservations

A reservation becomes valid upon written confirmation by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment of the accommodation fee.

Guests are required to provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website and in quotations are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) or Euros (EUR).

The displayed prices include 5% VAT and 4% local tourism tax.

For confirmed reservations, the price stated in the reservation confirmation shall apply.

5. Payment Terms

Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

Payment details will be specified in the reservation confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancellations are only valid if submitted in writing to: info@grandslampanzio.hu

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount is payable.

The effective cancellation date is the date on which the cancellation email is received.

If the Guest does not check in by 10:00 PM on the arrival date and has not informed the accommodation of a late arrival, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

7. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are only possible upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.

8. Processing of Guest Data

The accommodation processes personal data in accordance with applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation.

The accommodation fulfills its legal obligations towards the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) and the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA).

9. House Rules

10. Damages and Extraordinary Cleaning

Guests are fully liable for any damage caused by themselves or persons accompanying them.

The Service Provider reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee in cases where the accommodation requires cleaning beyond normal use.

11. Refusal of Service

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service or require a Guest to leave the premises if the Guest:

  • behaves aggressively,

  • is under the influence of alcohol or other substances,

  • threatens staff or other guests,

  • violates the House Rules,

  • disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests.

In such cases, any fees already paid are non-refundable.

12. Parking

Parking facilities may be used at the Guest's own risk.

The Service Provider accepts no responsibility for vehicles parked on the property or for valuables left inside them.

13. Valuables and Lost Property

The Service Provider accepts no liability for money, jewelry, electronic devices, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms or elsewhere on the property.

Lost property will be retained for 30 days. Items not claimed within this period may be disposed of or donated.

14. Technical Services

The Service Provider is not responsible for temporary interruptions to internet access, television services, electricity, water supply, or any other utility services beyond its control.

15. Video Surveillance

For security and property protection purposes, video surveillance cameras may operate in the common areas of the accommodation.

16. Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,

  • fire,

  • power outages,

  • water supply failures,

  • utility service interruptions,

  • public health restrictions,

  • acts of war,

  • governmental or administrative measures.

17. Complaints

The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

18. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
